Please note a travel charge of 35pence per mile applies to all visits Home Users Problem Solving- Charged between £14 to £22 per hour, on a quarterly hour basis after the first hour. System Building- Charged at £16.00 per hour on a quarterly hour basis after the first hour. Home Tuition & Buying Advice- Charged at £18 per hour on a quarterly hour basis after the first hour. Buying advice should normally take one hour. Tuition sessions can vary in length but 1.5- 2 hours seems to suit most people. Tuition for 2 or more people costs an additional £5.00 per hour, although tuition of more than 2 persons per computer is not recommended.

Small Businesses

• Problem Solving-
  Charged between £22 to £30 per hour on a quarterly hour basis after the first hour.

  Charged at £16.00 per hour on a quarterly hour basis after the first hour.
  
  
• Work based training & system advice-
  Charged at £24.00 per hour on a quarterly hour basis after the first hour. Training sessions can vary in length but 1.5- 2 hours seems to suit most people/groups. Tuition for 2 or more people costs an additional £5.00 per hour.

Training of more than 2 persons per computer is not recommended.

OAP's, students and those on benefit
